Terms & Conditions

• SportVerse is a sports content and statistics service operated by Betech Pvt LTD.
• A valid subscription is required to access any SportVerse service.
• By using the Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms, the General Terms, and the Privacy Policy.
• An agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon subscription activation.
• The Customer may terminate the Agreement by unsubscribing at any time.
• The Customer must be at least 17 years old to use the Services.
• Betech Pvt LTD is not responsible for content removal, service interruption, or damages beyond reasonable control.

• The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Access to all content — including live scores, fixtures, standings, and statistics — requires an active subscription.
• Betech Pvt LTD may modify, add, or remove content or features at any time.
• No warranty is provided that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Customers are responsible for their own data usage and connectivity costs.
• Live scores and statistics are sourced from third-party data providers and may be subject to slight delays.

• A paid subscription is required to access SportVerse services.
• The subscription fee is Rs. 6 + applicable taxes per day, charged via carrier billing.
• Daily charges are applied automatically for each active subscription day.
• No refunds are available once a daily charge has been processed.
• Betech Pvt LTD may offer promotional rates or fee waivers at its discretion.
• Fees and plan details are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.

Customers may subscribe using the activation methods made available on the platform, including carrier billing or other supported payment methods. Upon successful subscription, full access to all SportVerse services is granted immediately. Subscription details are available on the Plans page.

• Unsubscribe via My Account → Unsubscribe or through our support channels.
• Access to all services will be revoked once the subscription is cancelled.
• No refunds for early termination; access remains valid until midnight of the last charged day.

• Certain data (live scores, fixtures, statistics) is sourced from third-party data providers such as football-data.org.
• Betech Pvt LTD is not responsible for third-party functionality, accuracy, or terms.
• Third-party integrations are governed by their respective terms.
• Customers should review third-party policies before use.

All content, software, graphics, and trademarks displayed on SportVerse are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to the Customer. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content from this platform is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
